Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned for store credit only. All accessories and discounted items are final sale. Refunds are not offered at this time, we appreciate your understanding.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days and sent back within 10 days of receiving your order. Any returns or exchanges requested out of this time frame will not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to bareeditla@gmail.com with your order confirmation number, item(s) you are looking to return/exchange, and reason for return/exchange. We will reply within 2-3 business days with a return label, if accepted. The total purchase amount, less shipping costs, will be sent in store credit once we receive your return/exchange. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging items.
